By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms below

Commision Ordering Process

  1. Typically, my commission openings will be in 1-2 month increments in which all commissions within that opening will be completed in the given time period

    • Commissions may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances and the client will be properly informed of the delay

  2. To apply for a slot, fill out the commission interest form 

  3. All accepted clients will be sent a message that they have been accepted ​with information related to their commission through the public queue

  4. I will send an invoice through the payment type that you provided

    • Once paid, I will begin the commission 

  5. The sketch of your commission (as soon as its available) will be provided to get your approval of the design 

    • Exempt from commissions that do not require a WIP; i.e. Sketch Page

    • I’m willing to make small tweaks and design changes to the sketch, but nothing major such as redrawing the entire sketch 

    • Mass (or Major) edits may increase the price of the commission

  6. Once the sketch has been approved (expect for commissions that do not require a WIP to be provided), the commission will be completed and will be sent to the client 

    • Multiple WIPs will be sent to clients who have commissioned a reference sheet throughout the process to better wage the client's view ​of their character

Additional Commission Information

  • I have the right to refuse service

  • By commissioning me, you are purchasing a digital copy of your commission, not a physical copy 

  • All payments are in USD through PayPal 

    • When paying by PayPal, an additional $5 convenience charge will be added to your commission​ 

  • Full payment must be provided before the commission will begin

    • 100% Refunds are available only before I have begun the commission

    • Turnaround for a commission will last anywhere between 1 week to 2 months 

    • If there is any change in your commission status, I will notify you immediately 

  • Each additional character will be 50% of the original commission  price ​

  • By commissioning me, Bylur_Createz, you are only purchasing my artist labor

    • I retain all copyrights over all of my artwork that includes, but not limited to, the right to reproduce my artwork or use the image as a way to self-promote

  • You have the right to use the image in any personal way that you want to which includes, but not limited to, using it as your social media profile, desktop background, or website banner or wallpaper

    • You may NOT use my artwork for monetary gain whether that be through utilizing it in AI generation (for a profit), NFT, selling the product as your own, etc.​

    • My work CANNOT be used in AI generation to teach it my style 
       

Last but not least, please do not argue with my prices! They are fixed and non-negotiable
